This innovative product from Manfrotto not only replaces two of my favorite tripods but also redefines the standards for hybrid tripods. The Manfrotto 500X fluid video head, combined with the XCHANGE quick-release system, provides a seamless transition between horizontal and vertical orientations, making it ideal for both photography and videography. The tripod's build quality and solidity, whether in aluminium or carbon fibre, ensure stability and durability. While I appreciate the single-lever locking legs and the ability to switch between horizontal and vertical orientations, I wish for a handle to attach to the threaded socket on the side of the top for easier carrying. The included bag is convenient, but I'd prefer regular carry handles in addition to the shoulder strap. Overall, the Manfrotto ONE Hybrid is a top-notch all-rounder, offering exceptional performance and versatility for under $1,000.
